The Check-In campaign is run by Magpie on behalf of the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership. We are a marketing agency.

In legal terms we are data controllers of personal information (“information”), so subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

DATA WE COLLECT

Through this website we collect data from the form submitted. We also collect information about how you use the site.

If you complete the form we require your name and emails address. We will use this information to keep you up to date with the Check-in campaign.

You may also supply us with your job title, place of work, and phone number. If you provide these details we may contact you via phone to see if you have accessed campaign materials, or to discuss any campaign feedback you may have.

If you do not wish for us to store these details please do not submit the form.

While you are logged into the portal we log the actions that you take. This log contains your account details (username and email), the items that you downloaded, and when you downloaded them, your IP address, and the browser you are using. This information is used to measure the engagement people have with the campaign materials. To measure this information the site uses a few cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer.

DATA STORAGE

Any data you share will be stored on our webserver and in our mailing list platform.

The site is hosted on a fully segregated hosting environment. Access to the hosting environment is restricted to the Magpie development team. Access to the content management system data is restricted to the Staff Check-In project team at Magpie.

We use “Campaign Monitor” to manage the email distribution for this campaign.

Access to this platform is limited to the project team at Magpie. Your data may be shared with the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership for the use of the Check-in campaign only. We will not share you details with any other party.

TIMESCALE AND CHANGES

We will store your details for the duration of the campaign and, when available, while you choose to retain access to the portal.

You are able to remove yourself from campaign communication and Portal access by contacting us using the information below.

Should you wish to remove yourself from the mailing list you will be able to do so at any point by following the unsubscribe links contained within our contacts. Should you wish to contact us regarding this please send an email to privacy@wearemagpie.com stating that you wish to be removed from the Check-In campaign.
