Anyone can feel low, alone and even suicidal. We’re asking the men of West Yorkshire to simply check-in with a mate who might be struggling alone.
But they don’t need to have all the answers. We’ve put together a set of campaign resources for you to help promote this campaign and signpost to the most up to date support.

JOIN THE CAMPAIGN
This campaign aims to work with people across West Yorkshire so we are all aware of the warning signs and able to support people to build resilience – and importantly prevent them from taking their life.
Below you will find a collection of online and offline resources which could be used in a number of settings, to engage others about how they can manage their mental health and support those who might be in need around them.
